There are currently three beers that I put as my top three beers I’ve been able to taste. Â In order they go Three Floyd’s Brewing ZombieDust, Toppling Goliath PseudoSue* and The Alchemist’s Heady Topper.
This week I was ever so fortunate to have a coworker bring back a four pack of this very sought after beer and to my excitement dropped my desk to say that one of the four cans she had was for me!
As I write this post I’m imbibing on this wonderful concoction of hops, barley, water and yeast and thoroughly enjoying it. As much as I want to follow the Alchemist’s instructions to drink from the can….I just can’t.  This beer needs to breath so I can smell all of it’s gloriousness.  And it is Glorious!
