The biggest weekend of cyclocross in the history of Minnesota. The 10th Anniversary of the Shimano Minnesota State Cyclocross Championships at Bassett Park in Crystal, Mn. A light rain the night before made the course nice and tacky and a bit slick in spots. The over two hundred racers that preregistered brought along a crowd of spectators. The atmosphere was great with the “stairway to hell” crowded from top to bottom.

These show bikers with strength, power and endurance on a tough course. The action shots are fantastic and the silhouette rider against the backdrop of a sky with its clouds in turmoil was awesome.
