On Friday my brother mentioned to me that the Black Eyed Snakes were playing a show in Duluth that night and he suggested, half jokingly, that I should come up to see it. So, thinking it was to last minute to just drive to Duluth I mentioned it to Greg and Laura anway and well they said let’s go. So we did.
Show started at eleven p.m, we got to bed around 4:30 a.m, and were in the car by 7:30 a.m heading back to the cities. Not only that but I managed to get in a burrito and three really good beers at Burrito Union before heading to Pizza Luce for the show.

Badass. What a crazy little trip to D-town. Wiped me out for the rest of the weekend, but I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Thanks for driving and for the great photos and tunes!

Ness did indeed prevail in the primary and advances to the general election.
