My parents have about four pair of Cardinals that frequently feed at my dad’s bird feeders each year. While visiting for Christmas I had the chance to borrow my Uncle’s camera and take a few photos of through the family room window. We had just gotten a fresh coating of snow and it was still sticking to the branches so the red birds really popped out against the background. I think setting up a remote camera out by the feeder might be a fun experiment sometime.
Wow!
Gorgeous stuff. There really is nothing like cardinals in the winter.
These are so beautiful and the clarity wonderful. You caught them enjoying Dad’s feast for them each day.
These photos express my love of feeding God’s creatures and sharing that joy with my family.
